Acorn hosted its first annual Health and Heritage Day, on a date that is significant to many, especially indigenous Americans, as the beginning of the imposed demise of their cultures. The day-long event was held in perfect weather, and was extremely well-attended by both performing individuals and groups as well as visiting public.
Please plan to attend next year's celebration! If you are part of a performing group and you wish to participate, please contact us before September 15th, 2003 to be placed on the event schedule and printed materials.
